I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with comfortable rooms featuring a great modern bathroom, shower, and cozy balcony. The size was a bit small but overall clean and cozy. The friendly and hardworking staff provided a good level of service, although some areas could be improved. The location was very nice, right next to Mar Menor Lagoon for a relaxing break by the sea. The dining options were adequate but could be better with more variety. The facilities were decent, offering the essentials for a comfortable stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms with views over Mar Menor were nice and clean, but there were issues with dysfunctional air conditioning, clogged and leaking sinks, and mold in the shower. The service, especially from Fatima & Matias at the pool bar and Domingues, was amazing, creating a great atmosphere. The location had its ups and downs, being amazing overall, with nice rooms but the downside of an adjacent abandoned building. The dining experience left much to be desired, with repetitive and poor-quality options. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
